Dilute with water and diffuse to clear congestion
Put a few drops on the pillow or handkerchief and inhale, to clear stuffy nose.
Dilute with carrier oil (2drops to 5 ml carrier oil) and topically apply on chest to relieve congestion.
Put a few drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam to relieve congestion.
